As the Marketing Manager at Punave, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase awareness, drive lead generation, and position Punave as a leader in the AI-driven data and marketing space. You will work closely with the sales, product, and leadership teams to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for Punave.
- Lead Digital Marketing Efforts: Manage and optimize online marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO, to drive traffic and conversions.
- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the development of engaging content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos) that highlights Punave’s unique value proposition and supports lead generation.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Drive initiatives to generate qualified leads, nurture them through the sales funnel, and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
- Analyze and Report Performance: Regularly analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable insights to improve future efforts.
- Brand Management: Maintain and grow Punave’s brand identity across all marketing materials and channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with company goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
- Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email platforms, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinker with the ability to execute data-driven marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or tech industry trends is a plus.
